The digit in the Hundreds place is 4. This is the place you want to round. Next, look at the digit one place to the right of 4. It is 6.
Now, 6 is greater than or equal to 5. So, add 1 to the rounding digit and change all digits to the right of the rounding digit to zero. Therefore, 7465 rounded off to the nearest Hundreds is 7500.
